Customer Reviews
Allnet Flat works well
I recently switched to the Allnet Flat mit GB+ from my old provider. The ordering process was pretty straightforward on their site. I had a question about Rufnummernmitnahme, so I used their chat support. They responded in a few minutes and answered my query clearly. The SIM-Karte arrived in 4 days, and activation was quick using the online portal. Calls and data have been solid so far, same great Telekom Netz performance I expected. No dropped calls or slow internet in my area (Cologne). I also got a new Samsung Galaxy with the plan, which came well-packaged. Overall, a smooth transition and good service.
Reliable prepaid, always
I've ordered the Prepaid Wie ich will a few times now, and it's always been consistent. This last time, I added the Video Option. Setup was simple, just like before. My SIM-Karte arrived fast, took about 3 days to reach Berlin. Good service, no surprises.
Fast DSL installation
I ordered DSL 100 for my new apartment. Installation was quick and easy. Router arrived on time. Internet speeds are as advertised. Happy with it.

Hey guys, thinking about getting one of their prepaid plans. How easy is it to top up the credit? Can I do it from my bank app or something?
I'm looking at their refurbished phones. Are they actually good quality or do they look all beat up and have battery issues?
Considering switching to congstar, how long does the number porting usually take? Don't want to be without my number for ages.
Hey, anyone know if the Black Friday deals are usually worth it? Or do they just offer like a few euros off?
Is Congstar's network actually good? Like, is it Telekom's network or some watered-down version? I'm in Hamburg.
